Members of Health by Serrano, M.D. benefit from direct communication by phone, text and/or email with Dr. Serrano, along with unlimited access to our primary care services, which include:

Your monthly membership also allows you to book same or next-day appointments, and you'll get the time you need to review your symptoms thoroughly.

*Patients between the ages of 2 and 18 with an active same-household adult membership.
**Patients 90 years or older are free when a family member has an active adult membership.

You're considered an active member as long as your membership fee is current. There are no contracts, and you can cancel your membership anytime. If you decide to re-enroll, there will be a one-time re-enrollment fee of $150.
